• • Salik/Toll (Dubai only): Charges are as per government-approved rates and include applicable parking fees.
  • Traffic/Parking Fines: Fine amount + 10% admin fee
  • Refueling Charge: 10% service fee on fuel costs

🛡️ Insurance & Security Deposit:

• • Insurance: Basic insurance included
  • On Green Report there will be no charge to the renter. On Red Report the renter will be charged excess claim.
  • Excess Claim: AED 5000
  • Security Deposit: Credit card required (charges for fuel, damages, tolls, and fines may be deducted)
  • Security Deposit free option available at car pickup/Delivery time.

⚠️ Important Terms:

• • UAE Use Only: Vehicle must be driven within the UAE
  • Not Covered by Insurance: Tyre punctures, wheel caps, windscreens, personal belongings, or off-road driving
  • Accidents & Damage: Police report required; renter is responsible for all charges if a report is not provided
  • Theft: Must be reported to the police immediately, or coverage will be void

  • For Visitors: International Driving Permit (IDP) or valid license from an approved country
