Cancellation more than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time: Full refund. Cancellation within 24 hours of the booking time: 50% refund. Cancellation within 2 hours of the booking time: No refund. If the booking is cancelled by the service provider, the customer will receive a full refund. Any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing time.
