• 📏 Mileage Limits:
  • Daily: Open Mileage (1–6 days)
  • Weekly: Open Mileage (7+ days)
  • Monthly: 3,000 km per month (30 days)
  • Extra Mileage Charge: AED 0.40/km

• 💰 Charges & Rental Rates:
  • Salik/Toll (Dubai only): Charges are as per government-approved rates and include applicable parking fees.
  • Traffic/Parking Fines: Fine amount + 10% admin fee
  • Refueling Charge: 10% service fee on fuel costs

• 🛡️ Insurance & Security Deposit:
  • Insurance: Basic insurance included
  • Excess Claim: AED 1,250
  • Security Deposit: AED 1,500 as a pre-authorization hold on a valid credit card, or AED 3,000 as a refundable deposit when using a debit card (refundable within 30 days after the vehicle is returned). The renter must be present at the time of vehicle pickup and present the same card used for the deposit. Third-party cards are not accepted. Credit card details are required, and any applicable charges for fuel, damages, tolls (Salik), traffic fines, or other rental-related fees may be deducted accordingly.

• ⚠️ Important Terms:
  • UAE Use Only: Vehicle must be driven within the UAE
  • Not Covered by Insurance: Tyre punctures, wheel caps, windscreens, personal belongings, or off-road driving
  • Accidents & Damage: Police report required; renter is responsible for all charges if a report is not provided.
  • Green report is coverd by basic insurence
  • Red report is not coverd by basic insurence
  • Theft: Must be reported to the police immediately, or coverage will be void

  • For UAE Residents: Emirates ID & UAE Driving License
  • For Visitors: International Driving Permit (IDP) or valid license from an approved country
